About Me
For over three decades, I've had the privilege of providing compassionate psychotherapy to women, couples, and adolescents. My warm, interactive approach creates a safe space where healing can flourish through honesty and genuine connection.

Drawing from my doctoral training and extensive experience with cognitive-behavioral, Prolonged Exposure Therapy , and behavioral therapies, I tailor my methods to what works best for each unique situation. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, or relationship challenges, my goal is to walk alongside you as you move through life's difficulties toward more fulfilling relationships and personal growth.

When I'm not in the office, you'll likely find me hiking local trails, biking, or enjoying time with family and friends – activities that help me stay balanced and connected.
