Therapy Services

Doing therapy with me is interactive.  Being truly heard is a rare thing and my goal is to listen well.  We will also look at the things you have on your mind from different points of view, discuss new ideas, and learn, all within a context of warmth, kindness and humor.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Couples and Individuals

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) focuses on identifying and changing unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors that keep you or your relationship stuck, giving you practical tools to handle life's challenges more effectively.  We will identify your thought patterns and behaviors and help you move towards healthier, less stressful ways of being and thinking.

Behavioral Therapy

I use Behavioral Therapy in the context of helping people with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder to expose themselves to the things that cause anxiety in a gradual and measured way. This can be very successful as people move at their own pace in conquering obsessions and compulsions.

      Prolonged Exposure Therapy

Prolonged Exposure Therapy is one of the American Psychological Associations recommended therapies for the treatment of trauma. It provides good results in helping people who have experienced trauma to experience less anxiety and to process their traumatic memories.

My Approach

My Approach

I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety and depression, ADHD, OCD, and relationship concerns, providing personalized support to address the unique challenges these conditions present in daily life. My practice focuses on working with couples seeking to strengthen their relationships, adult women exploring personal growth and life transitions, and adolescents developing healthy coping skills during these formative years..
